We made a three-year strategy (2025-2028) for the Centre.
A strategy is a plan that helps us:
- Define what we want to achieve
- Identify the steps to get there
- Use our resources in the best way.
We talked with lots of different people about their ideas for the strategy. This includes:
- Our Council
- The Learn and Lead Group
- The National and International Advisory Committees
- The First Nations Advisory Committee
- Consortium Leads and Team Leads
In this strategy, we will be focusing on priority areas across the health system and in specific health areas.
