Professor Mary McCarron is the Professor of Ageing and Intellectual Disability at Trinity College Dublin, and Director of the Trinity Centre for Ageing and Intellectual Disability.

She is recognised as a leader in research and an international expert in the fields of intellectual disability and ageing, dementia, and end-of-life care.

Keynote Lecture - From Insight to Impact


In her keynote lecture, Mary will share how the IDS-TILDA has been capturing the voices of older adults with intellectual disability for over 15 years.

Through case studies, Mary will discuss how IDS-TILDA has shaped strategy, transformed services, and empowered individuals and families.
