Understanding Prader-Willi Syndrome: Implications for Intervention and Support", Professor Holland (Cambridge)
We hosted an event with Professor Tony Holland (Cambridge) on 2 September 2026.
Professor Tony Holland is an internationally recognised authority in intellectual and developmental disabilities and Prader-Willi Syndrome.
During his presentation, "Understanding Prader-Willi Syndrome: Implications for Intervention and Support", Professor Holland explored how the interplay between environment and biology shapes the experiences of people with Prader-Willi syndrome.
He shared emerging evidence on the causes of hyperphagia in people with Prader-Willi syndrome, and how a deeper understanding can help us co-design more effective, person-centred interventions and supports.
