I’m Cathy, and I’m a member of the International Advisory Committee for the Centre.
My background is in psychology and I work at National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in America.
I work with people on several public health programs to promote health and wellbeing among people with disabilities. This includes reporting annual data on health and functional disability from the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) and working with state and national partners on strategies to improve the health of people with intellectual disability.
