I’m an activist who cares about campaigning for the equality of health and social care for people with a learning disability and autistic people.
As an early years practitioner I specialised in working with children who have additional needs, particularly those who are neurodivergent. I’m passionate that all children, regardless of ability, are given the correct support to enable them to develop to their full potential.
Following my son Oliver’s preventable death, I launched a parliamentary petition asking for health and social care staff in England to receive mandatory training on learning disability and autism.
