Tony Holland
I’m Tony, and I’m a member of the International Advisory Committee for the Centre. I trained in medicine in London and later did training in psychiatry.
I helped establish the Cambridge Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Research Group.
Some research areas I work in include clinical/legal issues relevant to the needs of people with intellectual disabilities.
I also work closely with charitable organisations and I’m the psychiatric advisor to the UK Down Syndrome Association and also now a trustee. I’ve published more than 200 peer-reviewed research papers and also contributed chapters to books on psychiatry and intellectual disabilities.
