Department of Developmental Disability Neuropsychiatry, UNSW

3DN aims to improve the mental health and wellbeing of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The team does this through translational research, education and training, consultancy, and clinical work.

3DN was established in 2009 by Professor Julian Trollor, the inaugural Chair, Intellectual Disability Mental Health within the UNSW Faculty of Medicine and Health. The Chair is funded by NSW Ministry of Health Mental Health Branch and the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care.

The current Chair is Associate Professor Rebecca Koncz (FRANZCP, PhD).
