The National Centre of Excellence is doing a Community Connections Tour.
We will visit lots of different people and places on the tour.
We want to make sure that we are connected to, and hearing from, people with intellectual disability from different places and perspectives.
As part of the Community Connections tour, we will be meeting with people from regional, rural and remote communities, people who live in supported and residential accommodation, and people who have experience with different services, like homelessness or justice services.
- We want to ask people with intellectual disability about health care.
- We want to build a strong network of people with intellectual disability, families and supporters around Australia.
- We want to connect people in different communities with the Centre, our partners and each other!
Together we can make health care better for people with intellectual disability.

The Community Connections Tour has been co-designed by people with intellectual disability. We thank our Steering Committee members, our First Nations Advisory Committee, our Partners and Collaborators, and Queenslanders with Disability Network for their guidance with the Tour.
