I’m Patsie, and I work with a team at the Centre that is co-designing the Knowledge Exchange Hub and ways to make the health workforce be more inclusive.
Before working at the Centre, I worked at universities in New Zealand and in Victoria developing and teaching courses on disability and inclusion.
For many years I have worked with people with intellectual disability developing ways of doing inclusive research on sexuality, sexual health and relationships.
I enjoy working at the Centre with people with intellectual disability and their supporters to make sure everything the Centre does is driven by the diverse lived experiences of people with intellectual disability.
