I’m Ricky, and I’m the Lived Experience Inclusion Lead at the Centre. My job is to improve inclusive practices at the Centre and in health care and work as a leader and mentor for people with intellectual disability at the Centre.
I’ve also worked on projects at CID, and I’m passionate about supported decision making. I gave recommendations to the Disability Royal Commission about encouraging supported decision making.
I love to hear directly from people with disability. Making sure everyone is able to have a go at the things they are interested in is important to me.
