I am Sophie. I am the Lead for Driving Change at the Centre.
Driving Change is all about advocacy. It is how the Centre works to promote and include the voices of people with intellectual disability to people who make health policy and funding decisions.
I represent the Council for Intellectual Disability.
I have worked in the UK, the US and Australia doing advocacy for people with disability.
I want the voices of people with intellectual disability heard and included in healthcare.
