Hi, my name is Natasha, and I like to be called Tash.

I was born with Down syndrome, but this hasn't stopped me from doing most of the things that I love.

I have been a performer with Crossroad Arts in Mackay, QLD for about 17 years and I am also the Social Media Marketing person for Crossroad Arts.

This means that I have to write about our weekly workshops for Facebook. I am involved in many of the programs at Crossroad Arts including Wearable Arts, where I make costumes for our end of year performance called Loose Ends. We also have a mid-year production which I am involved in.

I also enjoy going to choir and singing karaoke with my friends.

I enjoy travelling overseas with my Mum especially to visit my sister who lives in Europe.

I also have a fiance, Michael who I have been friends with since we were in primary school. Michael also has Down syndrome.

I like being part of the Learn and Lead Group to help people understand the needs of people with Down syndrome.
