I’m Ellen, and I lead Down Syndrome Australia's work on the National Centre of Excellence in Intellectual Disability Health.
I am a consultant who works on policy, advocacy, and governance for disability organisations. I have held leadership roles in the non-profit sector, including as the former CEO of Down Syndrome Australia.
I want to make sure people with disability have a say in the policies, services and systems that affect their lives.
